About Ben

I’m a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. I was a P-3C Tactical Coordinator and Mission Commander before returning to my alma mater to teach future Navy and Marine Corps officers. I also worked on the Pentagon’s Joint Staff with Gen. Colin Powell (USA)(Ret.). After active duty, I was an Engineering Center Manager and a program manager (electro-optics and computer systems). Since then, as a patent attorney I have helped many dozens of clients worldwide to obtain patents, to register their trademarks and copyrights, and to protect their trade secrets. Although I prefer baking the “IP cake” for my clients, I can also fight for their rights!
